Once I opened my eyes, I was in a cold laboratory. I wasn't born because I wasn't human, I was created, but she still celebrates it nevertheless.

I learned how to live by drinking coffee together, smelling the scent, hearing the sound of decoration shaking due to the wind, and becoming close to the rabbit who often came to visit the garden.

나는 인간이 아니어서 태어난 게 아니라 만들어진 건데,
그럼에도 그는 축하를 건넸다.

바람에 흔들리는 장식의 소리를 듣고,
텃밭에 놀러오는 토끼와 친해지며 그에게 사는 법을 배웠다.

"실은 나 일주일 뒤에 죽어."

아픔을 호소하지도, 고통을 드러내지도 않는 그는 담담하기만 한데,
왜 내 마음이 이렇게 아픈 걸까?
나도 눈물을 흘릴 수 있는 존재였구나.

"왜 저를 만들었나요?
왜 저를 만들어서 당신을 좋아하게 해요?"
